2016-2017 Eclipse Members Attend UDA Camp
The 2016-17 Cabrini Eclipse Dance Team attend the Universal Dance Association (UDA) Convention Camp at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans from June 24 to June 27 where they spent over thirty hours on their feet dancing to prepare for the coming school year.
While at camp they learned multiple routines, attended four master classes with elite choreographers, and participated in drill downs and team bonding activities. On the first night they presented their home routine for evaluation and earned a blue ribbon. On day three, Emily Hampton and Victoria Padilla were chosen as All-Americans earning an invitation to participate in the New Year's Day parade in London, England. On the final day, the team was evaluated on two of the routines they learned at camp and earned 27 blue ribbons and three red ribbons. The team was recognized as Most Improved by the UDA staff. The team is excited about premiering their new uniforms and performing their new routines for the student body when school resumes in August.
Eclipse Takes Muliple Awards at MA Competition
Congratulations to the Eclipse Dance Team for their great success in the MA Competition this weekend! They won: Super Sweepstakes Trophy for their team routines, Technique Award for Pom and Hip Hop, Choreography Award for Kick, Pom and Hip Hop, High Point first place award for Pom, 1st Runner-up for their Jazz Ensemble, Superior and Technique and Choreography Award for the Officer Routines, 2nd Runner-up for the Duo of Angelina Lovecchio and Amanda Costales, and for her solo Amanda Costales was placed in the Circle of Champions and won 1st place overall.

Eclipse Dance Team Performs at Holy Cross Pep Rally
Check out the Cabrini Cheerleaders and Eclipse Dance Team Members as they march in Druids on Wednesday, February 11 at 6:30pm in New Orleans, Thoth on Sunday, February 15 at Noon in New Orleans and Orpheus on Monday, February 15 at 6:00pm in New Orleans.
