Get the Application: Available from your Catholic elementary school or download HERE.
Submission Dates:- November 13, 2024: Application forms available.
- November 15, 2024: Return completed applications to your Catholic elementary school.
- November 15, 2024: Submit Cabrini Application for Admission online to Cabrini High School.
Required Documents: Catholic Elementary Schools will send completed applications and student records to the Department of Catholic Education and Faith Formation.

Submit the Following by November 19, 2024:- Cabrini Application for Admission.
- Academic records and standardized test scores from 5th grade through the 1st quarter of the current year uploaded with application.
- All applications are incomplete until both application and records are submitted to Cabrini.
