Cabrini High School hosted its annual family holiday tradition, Christmas on the Bayou on Saturday, December 7, 2019.
The evening began with Mass in the Cabrini gymnasium. Following Mass, guests gathered on Moss Street to experience the living nativity and enjoy special performances by the Cabrini cheerleaders and Eclipse dance team. The Cabrini Chamber Ensemble also spread holiday cheer with candlelight caroling in anticipation of the arrival of Santa Claus on Bayou St. John.
After Santa’s arrival with his elves, there was a reception in the cafeteria complete with hot chocolate, cookies, and sweet treats compliments of the Cabrini Dads’ Club. Guests were also able to take a complimentary picture with Santa!
It was a wonderful evening getting everyone in the Christmas spirit!
