The Eclipse Dance Team had the privilege of representing Cabrini High School at Southeastern Louisiana University while performing with the Southeastern Lionettes during halftime at the “Southland Showcase" on Saturday, September 21.
The dance team spent the morning at Southeastern attending technique classes and learning dance combos from the nationally ranked college team. Once they finished with the classes, they had the opportunity to go to Strawberry Stadium where they had a full field rehearsal with the Southeastern band, the Lionettes, and the Southeastern color guard. The team was interviewed by Southeastern's KSLU local radio station about what this opportunity meant to them. The highlight of their night was being able to attend a Southeastern football game and perform for the halftime show in front of all the Southeastern fans.
