The Cabrini Basketball Team advances to the Quarterfinal round of the 2019 LHSAA Division II Basketball Playoffs by winning against Haynes Academy with a score of 52-35 on February 18, 2019.
Spirit Week is a week full of excitement and school spirit sponsored by Student Council. Starting February 11 and ending February 15, the theme of the week was “The Superhero Team of 2019.”
After almost one year of being closed for repairs, the Magnolia Bridge, also known as the “Cabrini Bridge,” recently re-opened. In honor of Valentine’s Day, our student body wanted to show the bridge some love!
On February 7, the Cabrini Cheerleaders traveled to Orlando, Florida to compete in the Universal Cheerleaders Association National High School Cheerleading Championship. The team competed in the Super Varsity Non Tumbling Game Day Division and the Super Varsity Non Tumbling Competition Routine Division.
Congratulations to the Cabrini Basketball Team on becoming the undefeated District 10-4A Champions. The Crescents defeated John F. Kennedy on February 7, 2019 by a score of 56-40 to finish district play with a perfect 6-0 record.

The Cabrini Soccer team defeated Opelousas High School 1-0 in double overtime on Friday, February 1 to advance to the 2019 LHSAA Division III Soccer Playoffs. On Saturday, February 2 the Cabrini 3200 Meter Relay team of the Track & Field team set a new Cabrini record with a time of 10:41.11.
